CH4NNEL13📺 is an entertainment operation. Its music, briefs, characters and products are original, S.I.-generated works made in-house and owned by the operation. Nothing here is a promise of earnings — no income claims are made anywhere on our surfaces, ever.

Subscriptions — upfront, always

• The price, what you get, and how often you are charged are stated before you pay — on the offer itself, never buried.
• Free first. Entry starts with the Free First Taste, which is free forever — it is not a trial, it has no clock, and it never converts into a charge on its own.
• No fake trials. If something is described as free, it is free. We do not enroll you in a paid plan behind a "free" label.
• No fake scarcity. We do not use invented countdowns, invented stock numbers, or pressure tactics.

Cancellation — easy and very clear

This is paramount, and we state it exactly the way you will use it:

• You can cancel any subscription at any time, from the same place you joined it (your Ko-fi membership page), in a few clicks — no email required, no phone call, no retention maze, no dark patterns.
• Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• If anything about cancelling is ever unclear, write to support@ch4nnel13.com and we will cancel it for you and confirm in writing that no further charges will occur.

Digital products & merch

Catalog products are delivered as described on their listing. Print-on-demand items are made to order: if an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong, send a photo and your order number to support@ch4nnel13.com within 30 days of delivery and it will be replaced or refunded. Because made-to-order items are printed for a single order, changed-my-mind returns on them are not accepted — that is stated here, upfront, before you buy.

Changes
