What this site itself collects

Nothing. This website is static pages: no accounts, no cookies set by us, no analytics, no trackers, no comment forms. Reading this site tells us nothing about you.

The email list (Kit)

If you subscribe to the daily brief, our email provider Kit collects:

• Your email address — so we can send you the brief.
• Your subscription status and signup source — so we know you opted in and where from.
• Basic delivery data (whether mail was delivered or bounced) — so the list stays deliverable.

That is all. We use your address for one thing: sending the TOP 13 UNIVERSE NEWS daily brief and occasional CH4NNEL13📺 news you signed up for. We do not sell your address, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing.

Unsubscribe — honored, always

Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link. Clicking it stops the emails — no questions, no retention maze, no "are you sure" gauntlet. Unsubscribes are honored automatically by Kit. You can also write to support@ch4nnel13.com and we will remove you ourselves.

Purchases

The club and the catalog run on Ko-fi. When you buy or join there, Ko-fi processes your payment and holds the transaction record under its own privacy policy; we receive order details (what was bought, the name and email you gave them) so we can deliver what you paid for and answer support mail. We never see or store your full card number.

Support mail

Mail to support@ch4nnel13.com is read by our team and kept only as long as needed to answer you and keep a record of the resolution.

Adults only

This operation is for adults 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 21.
